What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry, the details you enter are delivered by email to the band’s inbox so they can respond — that is the only use. The website itself keeps no copy: enquiries pass through our delivery service and land in the band’s email. You can always email the band directly instead.

The Green Room (AI chat)

Conversations with the band’s AI avatars are saved only in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off — we don’t store them on our servers, use them for advertising, or train AI models on them. Your questions are processed by an AI service to generate each reply. Please don’t share personal or confidential information in the chat; use “Reset” in the chat panel to clear a conversation from your browser.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We don’t log form contents or personal details in analytics.
• We don’t keep enquiry emails longer than needed to respond and follow up.

Your rights
